Lower the CFG to 4 for more creativity when using F4st embedding.
Just add IllusP0s embedding at the beginning of your positive prompt for high quality.
Add IllusN3g embedding at the beginning of your negative prompt to exclude unwanted qualities.
Try F4st embedding alone with random seeds to generate dynamic poses easily.
F4st can be a great first step for ControlNet or used as-is.
